Scotch Oats
Ingredients:
• 1x 45g serve Harraways Scotch Oats
• ½ - 1 cup milk or water (depends on the consistency you like)
• 2 Tablespoons nuts (e.g. cashews, almonds)
• ½ cup seasonal fruit
• ¼ cup unsweetened plain yoghurt
Method:
1. Combine ingredients in a microwave-proof bowl, cook on high for 90 seconds in the microwave.
Or alternatively:
In a saucepan, mix oats with milk or water over high heat on the stovetop. Bring to boil, stir and simmer for 30 seconds.

2. Leave the mixture to cool slightly before serving.

3. To serve add nuts, fruit and natural yoghurt.
