Scotch Oats
Ingredients:
• 1x 45g serve Harraways Scotch Oats
• ½ to 1 cup trim milk
• 2 tablespoons natural unsweetened yoghurt
• ½ grated apple
• 1 Tablespoon walnuts
• 1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds
• 1 Tablespoon chopped dates
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. The next morning, remove from fridge and top the with fresh fruit and yoghurt.

3. Serve and enjoy.
