• ½ Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 cup walnut pieces
• 1½ cups Harraways Raspberry Coconut Oats (less sugar)
• ½ cup dates soaked in 3 Tbsp boiling water for 10 minutes to soften
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 2 Tbsp extra light Olive oil
2. In a small bowl add the milk and lemon juice, allow to sit for 10 minutes.
3. Place the walnuts, oats, dates, baking soda and oil into a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.
4. Transfer to a bowl and pour in the milk and lemon juice mixture and combine until the dough just comes together.
5. Place spoonfuls onto prepared baking tray and bake for 16 to 18 minutes.
6. Cool and store in an airtight container.
