NEW Raspberry Coconut Oats LESS SUGAR
• 3 Tbsp Harraways Raspberry Coconut Oats (Less Sugar)
• 1 Tbsp chia seeds
• ½ cup milk (dairy, almond, oat, soy, coconut)
• 2 Tbsp yoghurt
• 2 Tbsp defrosted raspberries
• 1 Tbsp roughly chopped nuts (cashews, almonds brazil etc)
• 1 tsp coconut flakes
1. Place oats and chia seeds in a glass, mason jar, or bowl. Top with milk, stir and place in the fridge for 30 minutes while it thickens.

2. Top with yoghurt, raspberries, nuts and coconut. Serve.
