• 1 frozen banana
• ½ cup milk (cow, almond, oat, soy)
• 1 tbsp almond butter or other nut butter
• ¼ cup Harraways Scotch Oats
1 tbsp wholegrain oats
Nuts such as sliced almonds or cashew nuts
Fresh mint leaves
1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth (will be thicker than a usual smoothie).
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and scatter over your favourite toppings.
