Ingredients:
• 1 cup frozen mixed berries
• 1 frozen banana
• ½ cup milk (cow, almond, oat, soy)
• 1 tbsp almond butter or other nut butter
• ¼ cup Harraways Scotch Oats

Topping suggestions:
1 tbsp wholegrain oats
1 Tbsp Nicola’s organic muesli
Natural nuts such as sliced almonds or cashew nuts
Peanut butter
Goji berries
Fresh fruit:
kiwifruit/strawberries/blueberries/raspberries/bananas
Chia seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Sunflower seeds
Shredded coconut
