Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Harraways Rolled Oats
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1/2 banana mashed
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Dash vanilla essence
• Maple syrup
• A couple of spoons of vanilla yogurt

Toppings:
• Vanilla yogurt
• Banana, diced
• Cacao nibs
• Maple syrup
• Slithered almonds
• Hemp seeds
• Chia seeds
Method::
1. Combine all oats ingredients in a bowl, or jar. No cooking required.
2. Then store in the fridge overnight.
3. In the morning remove from the fridge and top with your desired toppings
4. Enjoy!
