Rolled Oats
• 3 teaspoons of yeast suitable to use in a bread maker
• 300g strong white flour
• 50g wholemeal flour
• 100g Harraways Rolled Oats or Wholegrain Oats
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk powder
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 320ml water
1. Combine the ingredients in the bread maker following the order given.
2. Choose a bread maker setting suitable for a medium to large loaf.
