Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• 5 cups Harraways rolled oats
• 1 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1 cup sunflower seeds
• 3/4 cup sesame seeds
• 1 cup mixed nuts
• 3/4 cup dried cranberries
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup dried skimmed milk
• 1 cup sunflower oil
• 1 cup maple syrup or honey
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Spread out on large baking tray. Bake at 160 deg C for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn using spatula.
Bake for a further 10-12 mins at 160 deg C until just turning lightly golden. Remove from oven, turn using spatula, then allow to cool.
Store in airtight container.
