Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Harraways Rolled Oats (any flavour)
• 1 cup chocolate chunks
• 1/2 cup cranberries
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 6 tbsp coconut oil
• 1/2 cup chopped almonds
• 2 tbsp tahini
Method::
1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend.
2. Squish blended mixture into a tray and cool in refrigerator or freezer for at least two hours.
3. Once chilled cut into bars.
4. Sprinkle with coconut or add peanut butter (or both).
