Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Harraways Rolled Oats
• 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tsp cacao
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1-3 eggs, depending how full you want to be
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
Method::
1. Put all ingredients, except the oil, into a bowl and mix with a fork.
2. Preheat pan and add oil. Once the oil has melted, pour the batter into the hot pan.
3. Cook for 6-5 minutes on each side at a moderate temperature.

Suggestion:
Half the recipe if you are not planning on biking all-day.
