Scotch Oats
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Harraways Scotch Oats.
• 1 cup dates
• 3/4 cup ground almonds
• 4 tbsp peanut butter
• 4 tbsp runny honey
• 1/2 cup coconut
Method:
1. Soften dates with 1/4 cup of water on the stove. Bring to a boil. Dates should be a paste like consistency.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Place in a tray and spread out.
4. Place in fridge to firm up.
5. Cut into squares.
