• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 1cup of brown sugar
• 1 1/2cups of Harraways rolled oats
• 175g butter, cubed
• 250g of your favorite jam
Place all ingredients except jam in the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse until the mixture just comes together (it will still be quite crumbly).
Press two- thirds of mixture into a sponge roll tin lined with baking paper.
Spread with the jam and sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the jam.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Cut into slices when cool
