Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• 1 cup oats (or 1/2cup)
• 2tbs of chia seeds
• 2tbs pumpkin seeds
• 2tbs sunflower seeds
• 1tbs honey
• 1tbs apple cider vinegar
• 1tsp coconut oil
• 1- 2 cups water or any kind of milk
Method::
(It's best to put all ingredients together and soak in a bowl overnight)

Put all ingredients into a pot and cook until hot and desired consistency, spoon into a bowl, and top with any kind of fruit.
