Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• 5 cups Harraways Rolled Oats
• 1 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1 cup sunflower seeds
• 3/4 cup sesame seeds
• 1 cup mixed nuts
• 3/4 cup dried cranberries
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup dried skimmed milk
• 1 cup sunflower oil
• 1 cup maple syrup or honey
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160 deg C.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Spread out on large baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and turn using spatula.
5. Bake for a further 10-12 minutes until just turning lightly golden.
6. Remove from oven, turn using spatula, then allow to cool.
7. Store in an airtight container.
