Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• 1 cup of oat milk
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 avocado
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• Handful of: spinach, LSA, frozen blackcurrants and Harraways Rolled Oats
Method::
1. Add all items to blender and blend until smooth.
