Strawberry Cream & Chocolate Cheesecake Overnight Oats

NEW Strawberry Cream Less Sugar
Ingredients:
Oats Layer:
• One sachet of Harraways Strawberry Cream oats
• 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
• 1/2 cup milk of choice

Cheesecake Layer:
• 1 tbsp cream cheese
• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
• Sweetener of your choice (e.g. liquid stevia)

Chocolate Layer:
• 1 tbsp chocolate
• 1 tsp coconut oil

Topping:
• 1/2 tsp cacao nibs
Method:
1. Oats Layer - mix together the oat ingredients in a bowl.

2. Cheesecake Layer - in a separate bowl or cup, mix together all ingredients and spread evenly on top of the oats layer.

3. Chocolate Layer - melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and pour over the top of the cheesecake layer.

4. Top with cacao nibs.

5. Leave in refrigerator overnight to set.
