Kit Kat Brownie
with Rolled Oats

Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
•1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp Harraways Rolled oats (blended into oat flour)
• 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 3/4 cup coconut oil melted
• 2/3 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 block of Kit Kat gold and 1 block of Kit Kat dark salted caramel
• 1/2 - 1 cup chocolate buttons
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C.

2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and brown sugar until combined.

3. Add in eggs and whisk well.

4. Add in cocoa powder, oat flour and salt. Mix together until combined.

5. Fold in chocolate buttons.

6. Then pour half the batter into an 8x8 inch pan lined with baking paper and layer with Kit Kats. Pour the remaining batter on top and smooth it out.

7. Bake for 30mins and allow brownie to cool in pan before cutting.
