Oaty Choc Chip Banana Muffins
with Rolled Oats

Rolled Oats
• 2 cups Harraways Rolled Oats (blended into oat flour)
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 large bananas
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/4 cup milk (any milk of your choice, I used almond milk)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 cup chocolate chips
1. Pre-heat oven to 180C.

2. In a large mixing bowl add bananas, sugar, butter, milk & vanilla essence, and whisk together until combined.

3. Add the oat flour, baking soda & salt to the mixture and mix well until combined.

4. Fold in the chocolate chips.

5. Scoop mixture into a muffin tray, about a heaped tablespoon per muffin.

6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

7. Allow the muffins to cool in the tray for 10 minutes.
