Introducing Bryony Botha – New Zealand Cyclist

Bryony was born in Auckland and lived on the north shore for 18 years. She moved to Cambridge once finishing high school to chase her dream of becoming a Professional/ Olympic track cyclist.

She competed at the Commonwealth Games in 2018 and won silver in the Team Pursuit. She also competed at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games in the Team Pursuit.

In her words: “Being an athlete is 10% about training on the bike and 90% of what you do off the bike. Nutrition plays a major part in my 90% which is why fuelling up with the best meals and ingredients is key to set me up for the day, to sustain me through tough training sessions and help me recover to do it all over again!"
