• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup plain Greek-style yoghurt
• 1 ripe banana, peeled
• ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen, or other berries of your choice
• 1 teaspoon runny honey
• 1 handful of ice
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to combine.
2. Serve topped with fresh berries, if you wish.
