Pineapple Overnight Oats

Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups Haraways Rolled Oats
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 3 tbsp cacao powder
• 2 cups oat milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/3 cup coconut flakes
• 2/3 cup pineapple

Toppings:
• Chocolate coconut yogurt
• Toasted coconut flakes
• Fresh pineapple or dried pineapple
Method:
The night before:
Add oats, chia seeds, cacao powder into a large container. Mix to combine ingredients.

Cut pineapple into small pieces and add into the container, along with oat milk, vanilla, maple syrup and coconut flakes. Mix together well. Put the lid on and store in the fridge overnight.

The next morning:
Serve into bowls or jars and top with chocolate coconut yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice), toasted coconut flakes, cacao nibs and fresh pineapple pieces.
