Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• ½ cup Harraways Rolled Oats
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon raspberry/strawberry jam
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ cup raspberries/strawberries, to serve
• ½ cup Greek yoghurt, to serve
Method:
1. In a small pot, mix oats with cinnamon, honey and milk. Heat slowly to a medium heat stirring frequently until oats are soft and creamy.

2. Remove from the heat and stir in peanut butter and jam. Top with yoghurt and berries to serve. Throw in a sliced banana to up the carbs.
