Banana and Oat Pancakes
with Rolled Oats

Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• ¾ cup Harraways Rolled Oats
• 4 eggs
• 2 bananas
• 2 tablespoon chia seeds
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
• Few drops of vanilla extract
Method:
1. Add rolled oats to a blender and blitz into flour.

2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until batter is smooth and thick. If your batter is too thick add some milk or if too runny add more oats or flour.

3. Lightly grease a pan or skillet with coconut oil. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of batter into your pan and cook until golden on both sides.
