Introducing Bex

Rebecca or ‘Bex’, is an experienced and well-respected sports nutritional authority. Holding Bachelor degrees in both Human Nutrition and Physical Education from University of Otago and a Masters of Dietetics (2014), Bex now heads up nutrition at the Highlanders and the ORFU.

 

Bex will showcase both some of her favourite oat recipes (as designed by her!) given to players and you will find out the players whose favourites these are.
