Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• 4 Tablespoons honey
• ½ cup nuts (cashew, almonds, peanuts etc.)
• 125g butter
• 1 cup rice bubbles
• 1 ½ cup Harraways Rolled Oats
• ⅓ cup chopped dried apricots
• ⅓ cup sultanas
• ⅓ cup goji or cranberries
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
• 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
• ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• ½ cup coconut
• ½ cup plain flour
Method:
A quick and easy baking recipe made from New Zealand Homegrown oats! Here's a simple how to make muesli slices! Great for snacks to take with you in the school, picnics or the office!

1. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Grease and line a 30 x 20cm slice tin.

2. Melt honey, sugar and butter together in a saucepan over medium heat.

3. In a large mixing bowl, add all the other ingredients and mix to combine.

4. Make a well in the centre of the dry mixture, add melted ingredients and combine.

5. Press into prepared tin and bake for 25 minutes.

6. Allow to cool for 15 minutes and then cut in squares while the slice is still warm. Then leave to cool before serving.
