Healthy Living Slice Recipes

Oat, Cashew & Coconut Slice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Harraways Rolled Oats
  • 85g Butter
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Coconut
  • ¼ cup of Cashews
  • 1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
  • ½ t Salt

Topping:

  • ½ cup of dark chocolate
  • Coconut pieces
  • ¼ cup of Freeze dried Raspberry
  • ¼ cup of Roasted Cashews

Method:
Melt butter and add sugar, salt and golden syrup in a saucepan. Mix to combine.

In a bowl add all the other ingredient for the base and pour over wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

Press into flat, greased tin and bake in 180°C oven for 12-15mins or until golden brown.

For the topping melt chocolate and then spread evenly over the cooled base.

Top with cashews, raspberries and toasted coconut.

Allow the chocolate to set and enjoy.
