Bircher Muesli

  • 1 Oat Activ Sachet (45g)
  • ½ to 1 cup Trim Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Natural unsweetened yoghurt
  • ½ Grated Apple
  • 1 Tablespoon natural Walnuts
  • 1 Tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped dates

Method:
Mix all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate overnight.
