Scroggin Biscuits
- 200g Butter
- 1 ½ cups Flour
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Harraways Oats
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Sultanas
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 tsp each Vanilla and Almond essc.
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
Method:
Beat together butter, peanut butter and sugars, add eggs and essences,
then dry ingredients.
Spoon teaspoon lots onto greased trays, flatten
with fork.
Bake at 190°C for 10-15mins.
