Healthy Living Biscuit Recipes


  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats

Sift Flour and baking powder and add other dry ingredients


  • 100g Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda

Cool and add to dry ingredients.

Place in teaspoon lots on greased trays and press with a fork.

Bake in moderate oven (160°C) for 15mins.
