Turkey Oat Meat Loaf

Scotch Oats
Ingredients:
• 1kg ground turkey
• ½ cup Harraways Scotch Oats
• ½ cup dried breadcrumbs
• 1 egg lightly beaten
• ½ cup of tomato sauce
• ½ cup of dried cranberries
• ¼ cup chopped parsley
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
• 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 teaspoons dried basil
• Additional - ½ cup tomato sauce
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

2. In the bowl stir together all ingredients until combined.

3. Place mixture into the prepared loaf tin.

4. Top with extra tomato sauce or cranberry sauce to cover.

5. Bake for a 1 hour, or until cooked through.

6. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
