Ingredients:
• 1 cup of milk (or soy, almond or oat milk)
• ½ cup Greek or unsweetened plain yoghurt
• 1 ripe banana, peeled
• ½ cup frozen or fresh mixed berries (e.g. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries etc.)
• 1 sachet of Harraways Oat-activ
• 3 ice cubes
• For extra protein - add 2 tablespoons of protein powder
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
