Steel Cut Oats
Ingredients:
• 1 teaspoon butter
• 3 cups water
• 1 cup Harraways Steel Cut Oats
• 1 cup milk
Method:
1. Heat butter in a high sided saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add oats and fry for about 3 minutes or until there is a toasty aroma.

3. Pour in water, stir and bring to a rolling boil.

4. Turn off heat, cover pan and let stand overnight.

5. Bring oats back to a simmer, add milk if desired to thin out the mixture.

6. When the oats are warm, scoop into bowls and enjoy.
