Gingerbread Oat Pancakes

Rolled Oats
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cup Harraways Rolled Oats
• 3 eggs
• ⅓ cup plain yoghurt
• 1 banana
• ¼ cup milk
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• ½ Tablespoon ground ginger
• ½ Tablespoon cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Method:
1. Place the rolled oats in a blender and blend until you have a fine powder.

2. Add the liquid ingredients and banana. Pulse to combine the ingredients.

3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the batter is even throughout.

4. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Melt a little butter and allow to sizzle, then drop in ¼ cup of pancake batter. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip. Cook the other side until golden.

5. Top with pure maple syrup and enjoy.
