Pumpkin Scones

  • 1 ½ cups Harraways Rolled Oats
  • pinch Salt
  • 1 ½ cups Flour
  • little Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 cup mashed pumpkin
  • 50g Butter

Mix dry ingredients, rub in butter add in mashed pumpkin and add a little milk to form a soft dough.

Turn onto a floured board, pat into square about 2.5cm thick and cut into squares.

Place on a cold, lightly floured tray in hot oven at 150°C for about 10mins.
